Coasters

I started to explore using tiles to create coasters and my friend’s loved them. Soon a Cricut came into my life and my passion went to a new level.

Coasters that make you relax…

I use a porcelain tile, do my acrylic pour on it, paint the back black and then use my cricut to cut a vinyl sticker on my tile. The last step is resin. In this particular tile, I used glitter on my resin and the results were fun! When I see this… I see the Universe and the infinite possibilities. Close your eyes for a minute and breathe!

Coasters that are just pretty to look at.

Combining colors is not a strength of mine. I have been reading up on complimentary colores. On this coaster, I went with one of my favorite colors pewter. This combo of the pewter, white and that beautiful version of deep aqua blue was awesome. The black touch on top with the black using Australian fleutrol was the finishing web effect touch I was looking for.
